Brooke Estates on Park Avenue in Highland Park consists of four buildings complete with a gatehouse, landscaped grounds, two outdoor ponds, two swimming pools and indoor underground parking for residents. The buildings may have been constructed in the late 1960s to 1970, but the condos have been well maintained and most have some major updates.
