The Udell Building Residences are located on 650 Central and is a Highland Park landmark. You couldn’t ask for a better centralized spot in town. Udell is close to the Metra station, the Plaza and plenty of restaurants and entertainment spots to keep you busy. You can grab a quick bite to eat or enjoy a sit down meal, take in a show at a theater or browse through some of the local shops, most of which are within walking distance of Udell. The local library is only a couple of blocks away, so after checking out a good book you can easily be seated next to Lake Michigan for an afternoon of reading.

Unit sizes available include studios and one bedroom, one bath residences. Nearly all of the apartments feature high ceilings, walk-in closets, large dining rooms and remodeled kitchens. The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The apartments come with central air conditioning, cable television hook ups, ceiling fans, high speed internet access, carpeting and hardwood flooring. A laundry room and either a deck, balcony or patio is also part of the package.

If you need more storage room, it’s available. And garage parking is accessible just a short walk away and runs about $25 per month. The Udell apartments are leased for 12 months normally, but shorter leases can be negotiated for no less than $50 per month. Cats are welcome, but there is a non-refundable fee of $200 for pets.

Leonard Wood offers one of the most truly unique living experiences in Highland Park.
