Golub and Company brought the Ravines Condominium to Patten Road back in 2002. Oakwood Condominium in Highland Park is a product of Benjamin Builders, who bring more than 85 years of home building experience to the table. While not a huge project, Oakwood showcases the reputation for quality construction that Benjamin Builders has garnered.

Four luxury condos are housed in this building. Parking is included for residents and the roof sports a landscaped green space that is wheelchair friendly.

The Park Claridge remains one of Highland Park’s more exclusive residences. Located on 800 Deerfield Road, this thirty-six unit luxury condominium building rarely has any vacant homes available, and when they do come up for sale they generally don’t stay on the market very long.
